Guest Room Lack of attention paid to the hotel by entire staff bathroom light burned out tacky message. says door to bathroom peeling & falling apart. this should be seen when moping floor, if that happens

    The hotel is a great value and excellent location for doing business between Cleveland and Akron/Canton. The recent renovations have paid off well for the hotel and the entire staff (from ownership and management to maintenance and restaurant) do an excellent job of making sure any needs are met quickly and comfortably.

    I'm not sure bed was stripped or just "made" - mold in bathroom and no hanger for clothes/robe. No fan exchange in bathroom that worked. Newly renovated buffet in lobby very nice and breakfast buffet nice and convenient. I'm a weirdo with clean beds and bathrooms, so this is where I really had issue.
