• The Australia Autumn Breaks offer (“Offer”) is available for new reservations made between 11 March 2013 and 16 June 2013 (“Booking Period”) for Eligible Stays at participating Radisson Blu and Radisson® hotels in Australia (“Participating Hotels”).
• An Eligible Stay is defined as a stay for at least 2 consecutive nights at the same Participating Hotel for which an advance reservation was made during the Booking Period specifically under the Offer via phone, on-line or directly in person with the Participating Hotel.
• An Eligible Stay shall commence and be completed at any time between 28 March 2013 and 30 June 2013 (“Stay Period”).
• Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates, which may vary at each Participating Hotel. The number of rooms available for this Offer at each Participating Hotel may be limited and additional restrictions may apply. Each Participating Hotel may extend the Offer (i) at such times and (ii) for such periods of time as it may decide during the Booking Period or Stay Period.
• The Participating Hotels are Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney, Radisson Hotel & Suites Sydney and Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne.
• Room rates include all applicable state/local taxes.
• Room rate does not include breakfast unless otherwise stated.
• Offer only applies to the room rate and does not apply to any incidental charges (such as service charges, room service, phone charges and related taxes) incurred or accrued during the Eligible Stay. Extra person charges may apply if exceeding double occupancy.
• The Best Available Rate is a specific type of rate for each Participating Hotel that may vary, is unrestricted and excludes discounted or negotiated rates not available to the general public.
