Nice indoor/outdoor heated pool and bar and restaurant on site. It didn't have a fridge or microwave on the 2nd floor but I was told it did on the 3rd floor or you could order one? We didn't mess with it. We had full size beds. Queen would have been better.StayedMarch 2015Review collected in partnership with this hotelMarch 25, 2015Thank you for giving us a review we enjoy hearing our guest comments, we are in the process of ordering a large shipment of refrigerators for all of our guest rooms. We are constantly updating our facility to ensure we stay competitive with the other hotels in the area! I hope we will see you again the next time your travels bring you to the Branson area.
- Tina MSt Louis, United States“People skills are not everything!”ReviewedMarch 23, 2015Trip type:BusinessFirst let me say that the customer service skills at this hotel were excellent with one small flaw. We were disappointed in several ways by this hotel but not by the customer service. The hotel rooms were VERY clean and the bed was comfortable once we figured out how to adjust the sleep #. The complaints I have are somewhat minor but important to me. The first thing that irritated me was that there was no fridge in the room. Next the toilet sounded like a hurricane. Ok it was not that bad but it was loud. The bed remote was not very informative about how it worked but we did figure it out. There was also no channel directory for the TV. They have coffee in the lobby but only until 7AM. After that you have to go to the restaurant to get coffee and then they charged us for the milk since we prefer that over those cheap little creamers. While we are on the subject of the restaurant at $100.00 a night they do not even have a free breakfast. I would rather, for example, pay for a hotel room at $120.00 and get a free breakfast than pay $100.00 a night for the room and pay $10.00 for a breakfast. This may be kind of silly but I believe it is a perception thing!StayedMarch 2015Review collected in partnership with this hotelMarch 25, 2015I am very sorry we were not able to meet your expectations, because we are a full service hotel with a restaurant on site we are unable to offer complimentary breakfast however we do have breakfast packages available at a discounted rate. We are constantly improving our hotel to stay competitive with the market in the area and we have recently placed an order to get refrigerators for each of our guest rooms. I hope you will give us another chance to earn your loyalty when your travels bring you back to the area.
