This hotel is excellent... From the employees at the front desk to the hostess and waitress's in the restaurant. I never had to worry where I was going to eat... IT was always at the Bridges restaurant.

Front desk people generally helpful. One man in particular, very tall, was exceptionally pleasant to deal with. I wish I could remember his name. He was always available and happily made suggestions on things to do and see in the area. Some others seemed bent on ignoring my presence. Apparently there were more pressing matters such as data input on your computer even though I was the only guest at desk. I believed I was getting a room slightly larger than the reality. No fridge. No room for a third (rollout) unless I moved furniture myself. Crappy rollout by the way. No support for back and difficult to assemble. Exercise room consisted of a couple of treadmills. Not really meant for exercising was it? Restaurant? Three adults and my two kids waited in the mid-afternoon sun for over a half hour to be served 4 sandwiches. My young 13 year old decided she wanted to try something new to her: a Monte Cristo sandwich. When the other sandwiches arrived and hers was not among them, she opted to wait, even though the server made some excuse about having to make special sauce for her sandwich. Are you kidding me? She liked the sandwich when it eventually came. Small reward for an hour long lunch which would have been served in a fraction of the time at any other restaurant. Did not go back and made sure others knew of our experience. Had to ask for extra towels every day. No privacy. We had to take turns changing in the closet. Had to request "complimentary" water and was told it was free the first day only. Reluctantly delivered. When I asked my kids what they liked about your hotel, they both said the pool was nice. Pool was nice but if you wanted to swim in the AM better be able to clean it yourself, and I did while other non-swimming guests looked on, probably wondering why. Seven on a sale of 1 to 10 is extremely generous. I only hope you were just having an off-week which unhappily just happened to coincide with my vacation. Believe it or not, I don' like to complain, but am willing to make an exception in this case, although I doubt this laundry list will be seen by anyone. Miracles do happen though. Thanks anyway.

The inground pool is the best feature in the hotel. The prices of drinks were not reasonable. No complimentary breakfast, but the wifi is complimentary. Our room lacked lockboxes, microwave and fridge. They provided a meeting room but not even water jugs. It took several tries to get the room unlocked.
