Often times you'll walk in and not see anyone during the front desk. Additionally, their dining experience is wack. If you don't get a blue dinner card, then you can't eat dinner there. I must say I am a bit confused regarding your comments, Our desk is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week, that being said there may be moments when our associates are personally responding to guests and may take them from behind the desk for a minute or two. We work to keep this to an absolute minimum. The more puzzling feedback is that regarding the "Blue Dinner Card." I am not sure what you are referring to in this as we do not have any sort of card, our restaurant is open to the public and requires no "card" to dine there. The only possibility that I can imagine would be in the case that a group may provide these for their attendees. In that case these are generally distributed by the group directly to the attendees. Please accept my apologies if this is the case. We thank you for allowing us to serve you and hope that your next visit will be a smoother experience.
