    Our key card had to be redone at check-in, the gal who took care of it knew what she was doing and we had no further problems with it. Room was clean, beds were comfy. The desk was fairly large and had a good lamp. I had a third floor room so had to use the elevator, no problems there. We had a larger fridge, but the temp was set too low and froze our food before I noticed. I left it on Medium for the next person. There was a 6 foot mirrored closet which is nice if you are staying for a while, but not so practical for wet raincoats - no hooks anywhere. This is the one thing I mentioned to the desk clerk that they needed to add. I would stay here again and I would tell a friend to stay here. I booked my nights and paid one week in advance, and then I saw an additional 25.00 charge on my account, I asked why and the clerk said it was for phone use or damages. He said it would "drop off" in a few days if not needed, and it did. A very bad practice in my opinion.
