    The hotel rooms were drafty, cold with inconsistent temperatures and toilets that ran all the time. The bar and grill restaurant is over-priced with horrible service and improperly cooked food (undercooked for some things, overcooked for others) and staff inattentive to food allergy requests.

    Awesome experience, Customer Service was superb, It felt as if they anticipated every single need I had. Front Desk Customer Service Skills are above any other Hotel I have been in the last 5 years. Valet was great as well with Customer Service and always smilling even though it was cold outside.
