"The service and dedication of this hotel and its staff will far exceed any expectations you may have. Located close to the airport, local shopping and nearby Peterson AFB, this hotel offers a variety of rooms and suites that can accommodate groups of various sizes. I have stayed on several occasions, from flying solo to a party of six, and have stayed in various types of rooms. I have used all the facilities there. The pool and hot tub are very nice; the breakfast buffet is delicious. The fitness facility, game room and Business Center are well equipped. The most valuable experience for your $$ is the friendliness and knowledge of the staff employed there. After my second stay I began to get to know the staff and almost every employee there has been there 10 years or more. Impressive in any industry. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."
"This hotel consistently goes above and beyond. I've stayed here several times and truly wish every Carlson Hotel/Radisson would take this place on as a model. They have free breakfast buffet in the morning, you get a 20% discount off lunch/dinner as a guest and 1 free drink coupon a day for your choice beverage (beer, wine, soda...).
Something else I find very important is this hotel recognizes loyal customers. This hotel automatically gives you room upgrades if you have status, as it should be, and they topped it off with a lovely welcome gift (box of candy for me) and a card and a call like 5 minutes after I arrived in my room to make sure I was happy. This is the definition of customer service. They always greet you, and if something is wrong, they fix it. I've ordered cake in the Bistro before and my waiter forgot my order due to how busy it was. When he remembered, he brought it to me without charging a dime. Oh, and the dining/bar area has a spectacular view of Pikes Peak too.
Oh, and if you like working out while traveling, they have nice gym (for a hotel) and a heated indoor pool. If you crave more, they give you FREE passes to Bailey's Fitness a couple miles up the road. I have yet to see another hotel offer this. I won't stay anywhere else in Colorado Springs - ever."
"I've stayed at this Radisson twice now...and I'll keep going back. The rooms are great...clean, large, comfortable bed. The restaurant has good food and the breakfast buffet is great...real food, not just muffins and waffles. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at; I can't wait to visit again."
