Radisson fits the bill because our family is picky about having a clean bed and bath, convenient location, and friendly staff. The kids love the pool too. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The food and especially the breakfast was very good. Very convenient to the Jet Center. Neither adjusted to my comfort. I stayed 2 months prior and had a normal mattress and slept great. When i requested a room change they told me they didn't have normal mattresses and I needed to take more time to figure out the sleep number bed. It is my understanding that our Front Office Manager, has spoken with you to express her apologies as well. We do have rooms without these specific beds; however, we did not have one available at the time of your request. I am sorry for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you. We strive to provide our guests with as pleasurable a stay as possible, and I hope that we will have the opportunity to be your host once again.
