    Rooms in need of a makeover. Clean but worn, hallway carpets showing age as well. Rest of facility well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good variety of choices. Hotel provide free nightly drink (alcohol or not) in bar.

    I appreciate you taking the time to comment on your recent stay with us. Thank you so much for your very kind words about our friendly employees and their excellent customer service. We are in a continual process of updating and refreshing the facilities and our amenities. We have already finished a complete remodel on all of our one-bedroom suites and queen rooms. In addition, we do have the hallway carpet and wall vinyl scheduled for replacement as our next capital expense and hope to have it completed by next year. The next time you are in the Colorado Springs area, I hope you are able to see some of these exciting changes taking place.

    “Website Pictures are Misleading”

    I was under the impression, based on the website pictures, i would be getting a spacious, updated hotel. However, when arriving to my room i was very disappointed to find that was not the case. Bathroom was updated but the space was very small for being a 2 room suit. The pool was no where nearly as nice as the photos on the websites were. I was very pleased with the beds, they were very comfortable! They do not change the sheets daily, must put your "Change the sheets" sign out if you would like clean sheets daily, otherwise they will change them out every other day-Where they clean to start with??

    I appreciate you taking the time to comment on your recent stay with us. Please accept my apologies regarding your dissatisfaction with our property. I am sorry you feel our website photos are misleading. I am pleased that we were able to speak yesterday on the phone so I could express my concerns. As recipients of the Green Key eco-label, our hotel continues to play an active role in protecting the planet's environment. In doing so, we have encouraged our guests to join us in preserving the environment by opting to have their linens changed every other day. Of course, guests may request at any time fresh linens daily. I can assure that your room did have clean linens upon check in, as we clean and replace linens after each guest check out. Our guest’s satisfaction is our first priority, and we would love the opportunity to be your host once again.
