    we booked the hotel through Cincinnatti Childrens hospital based on the fact that you offered shuttle service to the hospital, but after we checked in, later in the evening, we found out that it would not be available for us. this was a huge inconvenience for us. we asked to be put on the river side, but were put on the opposite side. the noise from the highway was very bad, even though we were on the 10th floor. the room had 2 queen beds that were squeezed in, and there were only 6 inches between the bed and the wall. you could barely exit the bed from the side. i thought the condition of the hotel was below average for a branded hotel. the room was clean, but needed remodeling, and there were a lot of public areas that showed a lot of wear. im glad I got the discount from the hospital because there would be no way i would pay the published rate for this hotel.

    Very nice hotel with great views of river and skyline. Pool/spa area is stunning. Banquet and meeting facilities are great. Free parking is a real plus. Shuttle bus can take you anywhere within 5 miles for free. King bed was very comfortable. Food and drink is good. Staff really seemed interested in making sure our stay was enjoyable and problem free. We'll be back.

    My room was extremely dirty. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed & there were large stains on the carpet. The shower head was permanently turned towards the side wall and was not adjustable. Very outdated and dirty hotel.

    On behalf of our entire staff at Radisson we apologize for the concerns you shared about your experience at this hotel. I have addressed the cleanliness issues with our housekeeping team, and I assure you we are working diligently to ensure a similar situation does not occur again in the future. We are in the process of a multi-million dollar renovation that will see the rooms totally redone as well as much of the public area. The carpet and the tub I believe are stains that will be remedied as we remodel the rooms. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations.

    We stayed at this hotel for one night and got the aqua package which included a shuttle to the aquarium, breakfast buffet and tickets for the aquarium as well as a very nice room on the 11th floor. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the room service (after a mishap) was outstanding and made up for it! Perfect location and view of the river from the balcony. highly recommend this hotel
