E-Certs (Electronic Certificates) are limited time, virtual discounts and special offers that can only be used when booking on radisson.com, radissonblu.com, countryinns.com, clubcarlson.com, radissonblu-edwardian.com, parkinn.com, parkplaza.com and artotels.com using your personal E-Cert code.
E-Certs are issued to a specific customer, typically via email. You cannot request an E-Cert, but may be eligible to receive an E-Cert in the future if you join Club Carlson and sign up to receive special offers.
Reservations using E-Certs must be booked on brand websites only. They cannot be booked through online travel agencies, hotels, travel agencies, or reservation call centers.

I have an electronic gift card (e-certificate or e-gift card) that can be used at Radisson Blu®, Park Inn® by Radisson and Missoni hotels in Europe and the Middle East. Is an E-Cert the same as my e-gift card?
If you are a Club Carlson member you may sign in to your account and view a list of your open E-Certs. If you are not a Club Carlson member, or if the E-Cert was not associated to your Club Carlson account, you will need to refer to the email you received to find your number. If you no longer have your email, the E-Cert is considered lost and is not replaceable.
I signed in to my Club Carlson account to view my E-Certs and they aren’t listed. Where can I find them?
Expired E-Certs are not listed so it is possible that your E-Cert is no longer available for use. To verify if the E-Cert is still available for use, you can access the details using the lookup feature on this page or by linking to the offer from the email you receive. Most E-Certs should be associated to your Club Carlson account, however if you have one that isn't listed but is still available, you can still redeem it by entering the E-Cert code during the booking process.
My E-Cert is open and available for use but it is not being applied when I try to use it. What should I do?

Yes, the E-Cert can be applied to your reservation if the adjustment is made prior to hotel check-in on the brand website or clubcarlson.com. Please note that this does not apply if the original reservation required any pre-payment at the time of booking (e.g. advance purchase rate, deposit).
Yes, you can change the reservation as long as the new, adjusted reservation meets the E-Cert requirements and the changes are made before the original check-in date. No, to apply the E-Cert discount to multiple rooms, one reservation must be booked. E-Certs are closed upon reservation confirmation and cannot be used multiple times.
