Internet was too slow and non-existent at points. Hallways are in desperate need of refurbishment. Now I know why it rebranded away from Holiday Inn and probably will lose the Radisson name. The parking situation sucked, because it had a bunch of leaking pipes (stinky water) throughout the garage, so parking was limited. The room was extremely hot and stuffy, so had to turn on the AC which was not working properly. The bathroom had no air vent so it got very hot and steamy, that I needed to take a shower with the door open and asked my sons to please wait outside until I was finish. The room doesn't have any refrigerator or small microwave for the price you pay. I fell while getting out of the shower because the bathtub was actually higher than the floor. The neighbors in the next room were bagging their door and talking loud at 2:00am in the morning, while my family tried to sleep. When I checked out I asked to speak to the manger who was not in yet. I've tried to call the manger for a whole week but they keep telling me that the manager is in a meeting and I leave a voice message requesting a return call.
