Enjoy Contemporary Cuisine at the Radisson Hotel Guatemala City

Guests at the Radisson Hotel Guatemala City have access to two stylish on-site dining options, El Huerto and Eat & Drink. Both offer a wide range of fresh, innovative dishes, and Eat & Drink features a full menu of cocktails and creative cuisine.

EL Huerto
El Huerto specializes in a fresh international and local cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Choose from the fresh food available on the buffet selection or order a la carte from our different menus based on traditional Guatemalan food, international food or a wide variety of sandwiches and wraps. A private meeting room is available for special occasions.
Hours: 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily

Eat & Drink
A different and new concept of mixing the art of good food to enjoy an excellent evening after the office. The dishes served have a touch of fusion, are born from culinary creativity and are inspired from Asian, European and Occidental recipes. The dishes are prepared with a mixture of seasonings, spices and tastes interlaced with entrees, salads, meats, poultry, seafood, desserts and a variety of special drinks. Eat & Drink is a restaurant for the gastronomically inclined, open from 6 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Sunday.

There are also a variety of promotions from which you can enjoy, such as Wednesday Ladies Night, Friday´s Beer and Saturday´s seviche.
