Eat & Drink offers a unique concept of mixing the art of good food to enjoy an excellent evening after the office. The dishes served have a touch of fusion, are born from culinary creativity and are inspired from Asian, European and Occidental recipes. The dishes are prepared with a mixture of seasonings, spices and tastes that result in a variety of entrees, main courses, desserts and special drinks. Eat & Drink is a restaurant for the gastronomically inclined, open 24 hours Monday-Sunday for dining on site or for room service.

There are also a variety of promotions to enjoy, such as Fusion Lunch Combos (available Monday-Friday) that include a selected option of entrees, main courses, desserts and coffee or tea. Also enjoy Trova Wednesday, Ladies Night Thursday, Beer Friday and Ceviche Saturdays.
