    Avoid if you can, hotel has many many rooms that are far from adequate. The carpet is so soiled its hard to walk on , furnishings soiled and embarrassing. Glassware dirty. No attention to detail and they will try and correct if you push hard enough

    The Good: Sparkling clean room, great bed. Food/service at "Eat & Drink" was very good. As a Club Carlson Gold member, the hotel consistently gives me some kind of food treat on arrival. This time is was a yummy fruit plate. The Bad: **Airport shuttle, previously very flexible, now runs once an hour. Considering how close the airport is, I think it could probably run 2x/hour, which would be much more convenient for guests. **Hotel appears to have cut back on bellhops/lobby staff. I was not offered help w/ my bag on arrival, and it appeared that there was no one available. The Ugly: **I stay at the Radisson GUA City multiple times a year. Yet another stay with no upgrade.
