Walking and running events include a 10K race, a 5K run-walk, a team relay marathon, a full marathon and a half marathon. A carb-loaded Pasta Party and a Molson Post Party add to the fun and allow runners to celebrate their times. The race not only unites the area in focusing on the importance of exercise and community fun, but it also provides a number of venues for charity fundraising. So, join in and do something good for yourself and others.
