HQ's on William is situated opposite beautiful Flagstaff Gardens and is open seven days a week. Come in at any time for exceptional espresso coffee and cake, or join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our friendly staff offers knowledgeable service with a smile. Chef Aman Marwah uses the best Victorian produce and offers contemporary Australian cuisine with influences from around the world.

Buffet Breakfast: Be quick to book, as HQ's buffet breakfast is a popular affair for those in the know. The price is only $27.50 per person. Free range eggs cooked just the way you like them are included in the full buffet, and our breakfast omelettes are the best in town.

Lunch: Tired of the same sandwiches and soft drinks? The all day menu at HQ's is the better alternative with mains starting at only $12.95. A complimentary house beverage is included in the price of all main meals. With a great menu that changes regularly, it is no surprise that HQ's has become a favourite lunchtime destination.

Dinner: Overlooking historical Flagstaff gardens, HQ's offers a contemporary dining experience. Choose a quick meal from our Light Snacks menu or select from our Market menu - so named as the ingredients are procured daily from the adjacent Queen Victoria markets. A small but up to date wine list featuring Australia's better boutique wines complements the menu perfectly.

HQ's Friday Night Happy Hour: Happy Hour at HQ's, held Fridays from 5pm-7pm, has become the meeting place for local business people and hotel guests eager to start their weekend festivities. Happy Hour prices are $2.00 for house wines and beers and $5.00 for house spirits. Complimentary appetizers are served throughout Happy Hour.
