Radisson Hotel & Suites Sydney's One on 1 Bar and Brasserie is a casual but stylish, all day dining restaurant. The restaurant opens from 6:30 a.m. for full hot or continental buffet breakfast. Our Executive Chef has created an à la carte menu which features a range of internationally inspired dishes, updated seasonally to reflect fresh, local produce.

For those in hurry to catch a musical, movie, concert or sporting event at one of the venues close to Radisson Hotel & Suites Sydney, try the Dine & Dash menu. Available nightly from 5:00-7:00p.m., the menu features six selected dishes, served with a choice of mash, hot chips, salad or garlic roll for only $15.00 per person.

After a hard day conferencing or sightseeing, why not enjoy a relaxing drink in the One on 1 Bar.
A range of Australian wines is available by the glass or bottle. Alternatively try one of the hotel's signature cocktails or a local or international beer.

Every Wednesday evening, Radisson Hotel & Suites Sydney presents live music with artists such as jazz violinist Charlotte Jane. Visit the One on 1 Bar between 5:30 and 8:30p.m. for drinks, a light meal and soothing, smooth sounds.
