Ahnala (Mesquite) Restaurant & Lounge

The Ahnala Mesquite Room is the resort's main restaurant, serving three meals daily. Ahnala offers a wide selection of adventurous fare and bold beverages. Our culinary team has created an eclectic menu featuring local Native American dishes and authentic mesquite grilled cuisine. Many house specialties showcase citrus, pecans and herbs grown locally at the Fort McDowell Yavapai Farm.

A sampling of Ahnala Mesquite Room's signature dishes include:

• BRIE AND PROSCUITTO : Wedge of Brie crusted with Graham Cracker and lightly fried, served with Crispy Proscuitto, Candied Fennel and Black Pepper Lavosh.
• AHNALA'S SIGNATURE SALAD:  Mixed baby Field Greens tossed in a Citrus Vinaigrette with Mesquite Grilled Oranges, Candied Pecans and Goat Cheese Dressing.
• GRILLED BUFFALO TENDERLOIN: Mesquite Grilled Buffalo served with a Poached Egg and Anasazi Bean Ragout with Crispy Fennel and a Tuaca Demi
• MAPLE LEAF FARMS BREAST OF DUCK: Pumpernikel Gnocchi, Roasted Grapes, Candied Fennel and Brown Butter Vinaigrette
• ROASTED SALMON: Sauteed Artichokes and Squash Blossoms with Heirloom Tomatoes and Fava Beans in a Brown Butter Sauce.
• PEPPER CRUSTED SCALLOPS: Diver Scallops served with Fingerling Potatoes and Creamed Corn garnished with Goat Cheese Caramel and Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.
• AHNALA'S MESQUITE GRILLED SPECIALTIES: Choose from New York, Hanger Steak, Salmon, Half Smoked Chicken and Hand Cut Beef Tenderloin cooked to order with your choice of gourmet sea salt and fresh ground pepper or southwest seasoning finished with your choice of Maytag Bleu Cheese Sauce or red wine Veal demi-glace.
