From the first welcoming handshake to the last good-bye, you can relax knowing that our on-site professional Catering and Event Staff at the Radisson Fort McDowell/Scottsdale Resort will attend to every detail in order to make your meetings and special events memorable.

Our convention center has state of the art meeting facilities, 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor function space and an expansive 30,000 square feet of outdoor function space, our magnificent resort is the natural choice for your next business function, convention or private event. The Radisson Fort McDowell Resort is a celebrated property for its elegance, service and dedication to its guests, many of which come back year after year.

Our Grand Ballroom, consists of 18,000 square feet and can be divided into 9 separate sections giving you additional flexibility for meals and breakout sessions. The entire ballroom can accommodates up to 2,000 guests for theater settings, up to 1,400 for banquet settings and 1,050 guests for classroom seating.

Our Conference Wing, consists of 3600 square feet and can be divided into 5 separate sections. Our conference wing can accommodates up to 250 guests for theater settings, up to 160 for banquet settings and 150 for classroom seating.

Menu Selections
Our Chef will prepare your choice of hors d'oeuvres, soup, salad, entrée, and dessert or buffet, creating a menu to meet your specific needs.

Since each event is unique, our Catering Department will happily customize your menu in addition to the menus already prepared to assist in the planning of your food and beverage needs.

We offer both buffets and plated meals:

  • Breakfasts may include such items as pastries, sliced fresh seasonal fruit, Bagels, cinnamon French toast, and eggs benedict
  • Lunch may include such items as Croissant, club and pita sandwiches, international themes including, Mexican, Italian, and Asian, fresh fish and specially prepared Beef and poultry
  • Breaks may include such items as freshly baked cookies and brownies, ice cream, chocolate covered strawberries and fresh fruit
  • Dinner may include such items as your choice of themed stations include new Orleans, Pacific Rim, South of the Boarder, Viennese Dream, and Italian Flair, carving stations, specially prepared fresh fish, beef and poultry
  • Hor d'Oeuvres include such items as scallops, lobster, sushi, grilled vegetables, cheese and fresh fruit... just to name a few
  • We offer a variety of beverage including Starbucks coffee and international and local wines

Additional Services:

  • Our Catering department can be of assistance in many areas of service to enhance your event. These services include but are not limited to: Driving Directions, Audio Visual Aids, Photography, Entertainment, Live Music or Disc Jockeys, Wedding Cakes, Limousine Service, Coat Check, Ice Carving and Fresh Flower Arrangements
  • We can provide floral centerpieces, balloons, or special theme props to enhance your event. These services are available for an additional fee
