With nearly 12, 000 square feet of flexible function space, the Radisson Suites Hotel Tucson Airport can accommodate meetings or parties from 10 up to 300! The 4788 square foot Ballroom Royale provides seating for up to 250 guests for a meeting or banquet. It divides into three equal sections, the Courtyard, Terrace and Fountain, for smaller groups and breakout sessions. The Ballroom is conveniently located on the first floor.

The Theater Royale, our tiered symposium amphitheater, is immediately adjacent to the Ballroom. This spectacular room seats up to 100 guests with permanent seating complete with work areas. It has a large area at the bottom level in front, with plenty of space for materials, breakouts or socializing.

Our beautiful Solarium Ballroom is located in our lovely courtyard and provides a unique setting for banquets or meetings of up to 140. The Solarium opens out onto a courtyard with a fountain, which is perfect for cocktail receptions, outdoor dining or wedding ceremonies. The Solarium also features a fireplace and built-in buffet area, as well as private bathroom facilities in the rear of the building. We also feature 5 smaller Conference Suites which are perfect for smaller meetings and breakout sessions, or hospitality suites for social occasions.
