Book an Event at Our Tucson Airport Hotel

With over 12,000 square feet of flexible banquet and meeting space, the Radisson Suites Hotel Tucson, AZ can accommodate meetings or parties for groups from 10 to 500. The 4,788 square foot Ballroom Royale is perfect for events of up to 250 guests and is ideal for any meeting, banquet, social event or business convention. The Ballroom divides into three equal sections - the Courtyard, Terrace and Fountain, for smaller groups and breakout sessions. For added convenience, the Ballroom is located on the first floor.

Our tiered Theater Royale is perfect for meetings of up to 100, and our Conference Suites work very well for smaller meetings and breakout sessions. Our lovely Solarium is the ideal location for more intimate gatherings, with easy access to our beautiful outdoor El Jardin patio.

Weddings, quinceaneras, anniversary parties and other special occasions are a breeze to plan with our experienced on-site Events Coordinator. The lovely facilities at our Tucson airport hotel and our personal customer service will make your special day easy to arrange and a joy to experience!

Along with our versatile function space, the Radisson Suites Hotel Tucson, AZ also offers 204 spacious, two-room suites for group and event attendees. Group attendees will be able to book their reservations on-line or through our convenient toll-free reservation line using their unique group Personal Access Code.

The Theater Royale
Our tiered symposium amphitheater, the Theater Royale, is immediately adjacent to the Ballroom. It has a large area at the bottom level in front, with plenty of space for materials, breakouts or socializing.

The Solarium Ballroom
Our beautiful Solarium Ballroom is located in our lovely courtyard and provides a unique setting for banquets or meetings. The Solarium opens out onto a courtyard with a fountain, which is perfect for cocktail receptions, outdoor dining or wedding ceremonies. The Solarium also features a fireplace and built-in buffet area, as well as private bathroom facilities in the rear of the building.

The Ballroom Royale
The Ballroom Royale is our largest function room. Its rich, southwestern colors provide an elegant backdrop for meetings or receptions of up to 300 people. It divides into three separate rooms with soundproof air walls for smaller meetings and breakouts and has a charming covered veranda as pre-function space.

Conference Suites (3)
These conference rooms are perfect for smaller meetings. Each has a wet bar area and private bathroom and is perfect as a hospitality area for social events.
