The Radisson Hotel Dublin-Pleasanton features a variety of settings from a distinctive gazebo overlooking the interior courtyard, to several unique reception areas accommodating from 10 to 300 people.

Audio Visual: Equipment rental, flip chart, dry erase board (including pens), TV/VCR rental, slide projectors, overhead projector and screen, and LCD projectors are on site.

Breaks
Please tell us if you would like to receive your meals or refreshments exactly at the scheduled time or whether we should wait for a "natural" break in your program/presentation.

Guarantees
To prepare properly, we request your guaranteed attendee count at least 3 business days prior to your function. Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due with your final guarantee.

Cancellation
If it becomes necessary for you to change or cancel a scheduled event, we require thirty (30) days notice in writing. If you are unable to give us thirty days notice and we are not able to use the space for another event, you will be charged for the normal room rental or one-half of the revenue projected for your function, whichever is greater.

Set Up
Our room rental fee includes your choice of linen color; white, red, peach, green, pink, royal blue, burgundy, orange, gray or mauve, registration table and other accessory tables, and use of our sound system (microphone, CD player).

Storage
Please let us know if you plan to leave equipment or materials in your meeting room during multiple day meetings, so we may reserve the space uninterruptedly for you.

Displays
If you are bringing in oversized exhibit equipment, please be sure to let us know, so we may assist you in arranging for appropriate storage before and after the meeting.
