Event Catering at the Radisson Los Angeles Airport

We look forward to welcoming you to the Radisson Hotel at Los Angeles Airport and assure you that every effort will be made to ensure the success of your event. We offer impeccable service, exquisite menus and creative atmospheres.

Our sales, catering and convention service staff will work with planners to provide a memorable celebration or meeting. We have 27 flexible meeting rooms totaling 42,000 square feet. Our ballroom is the largest at the Los Angeles Airport, accommodating up to 1,500 people. Conduct your special event in a penthouse overlooking the 16 spectacular 8-story cylinder cones of Los Angeles Airport or your small meeting in a unique poolside conference room. All meeting rooms are newly renovated.

Additional Services

  • Our catering department can assist with driving directions, audio/visual aids, photography, entertainment, live music or disc jockeys, wedding cakes, limousine service, coat check, ice carving and fresh flower arrangements.
  • We can provide floral centerpieces, balloons or special theme props to enhance your event. These services are available for an additional fee.
  • Telephone hook-ups and satellite link-ups are available.

Menu Selections

Our chef will prepare your choice of hors d'oeuvres, soup, salad, entrée and dessert or buffet, creating a menu to meet your specific needs. Since each event is unique, our catering department will happily customize your menu in addition to the menus already prepared to assist in the planning of your food and beverage needs. We offer both buffets and plated meals.

  • Breakfasts may include: pastries, sliced fresh seasonal fruit, bagels, cinnamon French toast and eggs Benedict
  • Lunch may include: croissant, club and pita sandwiches, International themes including Mexican, Italian and Asian, fresh fish and specially prepared beef and poultry
  • Breaks may include: freshly baked cookies and brownies, ice cream, chocolate-covered strawberries and fresh fruit
  • Dinner may include: themed stations including New Orleans, Pacific Rim, South of the Border, Viennese Dream and Italian Flair; carving stations, specially prepared fresh fish, beef and poultry
  • Hor d'oeuvres include: scallops, lobster, sushi, grilled vegetables, cheese, fresh fruit and more
  • We offer a variety of beverages and wines, including Starbucks® coffee and International and local wines
