FAQs

1) Can we bring in our own caterer or our own food?

We do not allow outside food in our facilities. It is against our health code.

2.) Can we bring in our own audio/visual equipment?

Yes, we do allow you to bring in your own audio/visual equipment, and we also offer top-of-the-line audio/visual equipment through our on-site A/V company. If you decide to go with our company, we have an on-site A/V person to help set up the equipment and assist you with any questions.

3.) Do you have a Business Center?

We have a computer and printer located in the hotel lobby for all guests to use. If there is something else you need, our staff is always more than happy to help out with printing or copying. Additional charges may apply.

4.) Do you have Internet access?

Yes, we have both wired and wireless Internet access available upon request. A charge will apply.

5.) When is my guarantee due?

Your guarantee is your final count of guests attending. This number is due three days before your event. After this number is given, your counts may only go up, not down.

6.) What happens if my number comes in below the food and beverage minimums?

You are responsible for 80% of the number of attendees given at the time of booking. This includes food and beverage, not tax or service charges, except when noted. We will help you pick additional food for your event, or the balance will be applied to a room rental.

7.) What happens if my numbers come in low, can you move me to a smaller room?

Depends on availability.
