Overall a great stay. All your employees seemed happy and offered to help at every opportunity, a completely different experience from other chains I have stayed in recently. Which is why I decided to try somewhere different.Reception were very cheerful and a pleasure to deal with.

An excellent stay at the Radisson Edwardian Hampshire in London on 24th November 2008. My first experience of a Radisson and it was a pleasurable one. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were superb - friendly, helpful and very smiley! The website also deserves a mention as it is really easy to use.
