The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room was very comfortable and quiet.

The telephone call was very welcoming, a nice personal touch to make people truly feel like guests and not just customers. The room was lovely and spacious for families; the travel cot was up on the next level away from the lovely TV, superb! The restaurant food was great, service fabulous. The hotel is exceptionally clean too... a rare thing in hotels these days.  All staff waere wonderful. Friendly, efficient, helpful. Excellent, thank you. They obviously have a great manager who has trained them well. All staff appears happy, morale must be high!
