Flagstones Restaurant is open 6:00AM to 10:00PM Daily.

• Breakfast served from 6:00am to 11:00am, featuring all your traditional breakfast choices and some unique items like Green Eggs & Ham or Vanilla Bean Pancakes.
• Lunch served from 11:00am to 4:00pm, featuring Steak Burgers, Meat Loaf, Crab Cakes and many other delicious items.
• Dinner served from 4:00pm to 10:00pm, featuring Hand-Cut Steaks, Seafood Entrée's, and many Pasta choices. Aged Prime Rib is offered on Friday and Saturday for Dinner.
• Flagstones also feature "Tasteful Choices" selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. These are Entrée's designed for Radisson Hotels that offer healthy options for our guests.
• Early Dinner Menu is offered 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
• Brunch Menu offered Sunday's from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm.
• Room Service is offered from 6:30am to 10:00pm daily.

Flagstones Restaurant also has two private dining rooms, The Library and The Wine Room that is available for small groups of 15 - 40 people with advance reservations. The Chef can also customize an elaborate menu for groups of this size to be served in one of these private dining rooms. We ask that you plan a customized menu one week in advance.
