• Free room night(s) can be used for pre/post event purposes or for future stays and is valid for six months per room and subject to availability

• Third-party professional conference organizers are not eligible to accumulate points with goldpointsplus^sm for planners program if 10% commission is being paid
• If the room nights fall short of the minimum requirement on the day of the meeting, the planner will be required to top up the difference to enjoy the offers
• Members of goldpointsplus^sm program are eligible to earn base gold points or airline miles if the member pays for his/her own residential meeting package including overnight accommodation
