Thank you for considering the Radisson Hotel La Crosse for your upcoming wedding reception. It is certainly a special day for you, and we at the Radisson are proud of our reputation for great food, service, and attention to detail. We would love to help you make this day a most memorable one

All of our catering facilities offer complete catering service with full china, silver, glass, and linen service- all provided at no extra cost. The Radisson also offers its professional catering service for your rehearsal dinner as well as your gift opening for groups of 20 guests or more.

In addition to assisting you with the reception planning, I would be happy to assist with arranging overnight accommodations for your out of town guests (based on availability). We are also pleased to provide the bride and groom with a complimentary Romantic Package on our Plaza Club for the evening of the reception.

Food and beverage charges plus room rental would apply for Saturday wedding receptions. For wedding receptions, the Radisson offers five venues for your reception:

• The Hotel Ballroom - 300 guests
• The Radisson Center - 300 guests (located one block south of the Radisson Hotel)
• The Wisconsin Room - 150 guests
• The Iowa or Illinois Rooms - 50 guests each

(For appetizer receptions, a menu minimum of $15.00 per person is required.)
If considering a Friday or Sunday wedding, all room rental charges are waived.

A deposit of $1500.00 ($750.00 at the time of booking and $750.00 3 months later) will be credited to your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates or events.
