Superior Hygiene Standards at the Radisson Hotel Flamingos
The "H" Distinction refers to "hygiene", confidence and security in food handling." We are proud to note that the Radisson Hotel Flamingos obtained its certification, which is renewed annually, from the Secretary of Tourism on March 11, 2003.
The "H" Distinction requirements are:
80% of operational personnel and 100% of middle commands must be trained through the "Hygienic Handling of Food" course, given by instructors approved by the Secretary of Tourism
All food hygiene requirements defined by Mexican rule NMX-F-605-NORMEX-2000 must be fulfilled
