I have just gotten engaged. What is the first thing I need to do to start planning my wedding day?

Congratulations! First, you need to decide what a dream wedding means to you. Do you want a small, intimate wedding with close friends and family?
Or, is your dream wedding one that creates a grand gala with all of your friends and family?

What will I have to know before contacting the hotel?

You should have your budget, estimated number of guests you would like to invite, and a date. If possible, please choose a couple of different dates in case your first preference is unavailable.

Any other suggestions for how I might assist the Radisson wedding professional facilitate my wedding plans?

Create a wedding binder. Clip out pictures from bridal and other magazine and make a note of things that you've liked at weddings you've attended.
This will help you with selecting florals, cake, room décor, and even those special touches that will make your wedding uniquely your own.
