Meeting Room Facilities:

Emerald Ridge Ballroom accommodates up to 420 guests for theater settings, up to 400 for banquet settings and 250 guests for classroom seating. Our ballroom consists of 4600 square feet of flexible, well equipped meeting space.

Salons A, B, C & E accommodate up to 70 guests. Each salon features 800 square feet, perfect for break out rooms, small meetings or social gatherings or end-of-day cocktail parties.

Salon D. 1400 Square Feet this Salon accommodates up to 120 guests for theater settings, 100 guests for banquet settings and 70 guests for classroom seating. Conference and Boardroom settings are also available.

Walnut Room. 504 square feet, the Walnut Room is perfect for small meetings or gatherings.

Evergreen Room. 288 square feet, the Evergreen Room accommodates up to 32 people for a banquet setting or 25 people for a classroom setting.

Fairview Board Room. 192 square feet, the Fairview Boardroom is permanently set with a conference table for 10.

Rosebrook Room. 650 square feet, the Rosebrook Room accommodates up to 45 people for a banquet setting or 30 people for a classroom setting.
