Meeting Room charge is based on the direct ratio of food, beverage and sleeping room purchase.

Room rental may be negotiable based on sleeping room commitment and/or food and beverage arrangements.

All counts are per room rental day.

A minimal set up fee will apply. All meetings rooms will include standard set ups, clothed tables with chairs, one registration table clothed and skirted and water stations.

Any additional on - site set ups or changes will be charged at the discretion of management.
