In order to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our guests and their pets we have established the following guidelines:

• A non refundable fee of $35.00 per pet/per stay is required at time of check-in.
• Pets are welcome in our designated guest rooms.
• Pets are never allowed in the pool area, restaurant, bar, lobby or any other common area.
• Dogs must be leashed at all times.
• Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.

In the event that a pet damages property, disrupts another guest or violates any of these established policies the owner may be held liable for damages and the pet may be asked to leave.
