On the ground, we have MTA buses. Two blocks away is the stop for M15 on Second Avenue, which runs as far down as Battery Park, and on Third Avenue going north up to the Bronx. One block away, 49th and Lexington, is the M27 to Broadway or the M50 going past Broadway to the 42nd Street piers for the boat rides around Manhattan. There are buses on Lexington Avenue going south, toward Downtown Manhattan.
