From now until November 30, 2009, special meeting packages for single and double occupancy to be consumed by February 28, 2010 are available for booking with the following benefits:

• Free Internet access in guest rooms
• Complimentary breakfast for participants with a group booking of 20 or more room nights.
• For every 20 materialized room nights generated, the Planner can select a room upgrade to an executive floor for one room (up to a maximum of 2 rooms) with full benefits or a free room night (up to a maximum of 2 room nights).
• Complimentary 1-hour hosted cocktail party for group bookings with a minimum of 50 room nights.

Terms & Conditions:

• For new business contracted between September 1 and November 30, 2009, paid and consumed by February 28, 2010.
• Offer is valid for group bookings of 20 or more room nights.
• Conference packages includes the meeting room rental, two coffee/tea breaks, lunch, flip chart and basic audio visual equipment
• A maximum of 2 rooms are eligible for upgrade to club/executive room with full benefits or a maximum of 2 free room nights are eligible for redemption for every 20 or more materialized room nights.
• Free room night(s) is on a room-only basis at the same category as the group booking and does not include breakfast.
• Free room night(s) can be used for pre/post event purposes or for future stays and is valid for 6 months per room and subject to availability.
• Complimentary 1 hour cocktail party includes a choice of 3 canapés and standard drinks/dry snacks.
• Third-party professional conference organizers are not eligible to accumulate points with goldpoints plus for planners program if 10% commission is being paid.
• If the room nights fall short of the minimum requirement on the day of the meeting, the planner will be required to top up the difference to enjoy the offers.
• Members of goldpoints plus program are eligible to earn base gold points or airline miles if the member pays for his/her own residential meeting package including overnight accommodation.
• Package is subject to availability.
