Our McGavock Ballroom, accommodates up to 450 guests for theater, reception settings, up to 290 for banquet settings and 204 guests for classroom seating. Our ballroom consists of 4,170 square feet and can be divided into 4 breakout rooms.

McGavock A, B, C, and D each features 968 (D features 1,256) square feet, perfect for small social gatherings or end-of-day cocktail parties. Each breakout can accommodate up to 100 guests for theater settings, up to 70 for banquet settings and 48 guests for classroom seating.

The Attrium area features 5,000 square feet, perfect for weddings, cocktail parties, large luncheons, dinner receptions. The Attrium can also accommodate up to 500 guests for reception settings, and 370 guests for banquet settings

Donelson A or B is perfect for social events. Donelson A features 1,073 (Donelson B 1,313) square feet able to accommodate 100 guests (Donelson B 110 guests) for theater settings, 70 guests for banquet settings and 51 guests (Donelson B 60 guests) for classroom seating. U-Shape and Conference settings are also available.

Bellevue is a perfect for a corporate meeting. Bellevue features 1,073 square feet able to accommodate 100 guests for theater setting, 70 guests for banquet settings, and 51 guests for a classroom setting.

Pennington is a perfect place for a social gathering. Pennington features 1,033 square feet able to accommodate 125 guests, 70 banquet settings, and 51 guests for a classroom setting.

Brentwood is a perfect place to host a training seminar. Brentwood features 1,184 square feet able to accommodate 125 guests, 70 banquet settings, and 51 classroom setting.
