    Hotel was old and needed attention. Air conditioner didn't do it's job. Filter was filthy. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were there with a ball team and there was no complimentary breakfast. For the price paid, it should at least include breakfast. There was no place for the kids to to hang out. Kids ended up playing wiffle ball in the street. Beds were AWFUL!

    Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your stay with us. I apologize for the several issues and shortfalls you encountered at the hotel. We are in the process of determining a timeline for the renovations and updates you have mentions. I will be working with the staff to make sure that the AC and the cleanliness of the filters are addressed immediately. This is not something we expect our guests to have to experience and again I apologize. Thank you for mentioning the complimentary breakfast, we will bring this to the attention of the managers and see if we are able to find a solution to the price point and the value.

    Clean and very comfortable rooms. The staff was kind, smiling and accommodating. Very conveniently located near the airport. Although I drove in, knowing the shuttle was available will be helpful. The restaurant nice and the food selections were very appealing. I was there on a Wednesday so I experience the Manager's Welcoming. The appetizers and drinks were a nice touch to the mid-week.
