    I visited for a business trip to Jalandhar and decided to opt for Radisson this time. To my surprise, the experience was nowhere close to my expectation. Being a Club Carlson hotel, I expected it to meet the standards of other chain hotels, but it was a shear disappointment. The reception lobby was dingy, not well lit, even though there was lighting available, but not used. On the reception counter, the staff was sitting, indulged in their cell phones and talking to each other. Even while I was being checked in, the staff was continuously indulged in talking to someone else. Same was the case with the staff at the restaurant, the staff didn't even bother to attend to me until and unless called upon loudly while I had my meal. The staff at the restaurant entrance also greeted in the most awkward manner possible every time I went there. The housekeeping in terms of cleanliness and hygiene was satisfactory, but the basic necessities such as shoe shine, toothbrush and other things had to be called for every now and then and it took considerable time for them to be delivered. The view from the room was pathetic. The window opened up to the kitchen backyard I suppose where all that was visible was a generator and other dishwasher stuff.

    one day stay was good. i like the hotel and will stay again. It gives me full satisfaction and i want to be member of this group of Hotels and need the card.they should offer packages with stay thus guest will prefer more to stay in this hotel.
