    We did a reverse park and stay where we used the parking service and airport shuttle at the beginning and then after our return a shuttle ride and overnight stay at the hotel. All services were perfect and exactly what we wanted. It made our international travel easy relaxing and eased our transition back home. Free internet and cafe were helpful on both ends of our travel. Price was reasonable; services reliable , and stay comfortable. This is a great option for international flights departing and arriving later in the day.

    The water bottles are to be paid for, that is just at this hotel that I've seen all across America ! The room wasn't cleaned in 2 days ! One bath soap for 3 guests ! This is the worst hotel ever in all of the countries I have traveled and is worse than the econo lodges. I have already shared the experience with my friends and will definitely advise anyone against staying at this hotel. Checking out took forever. They need to work really hard on their standards and service.

    Dear 608priyankas We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. It is brand standards that you receive bottled water in your room and we are investigating the reason that was not the case. We appreciate you bringing to our attention the toiletry issue which will be addressed and made a practice. The Carlson and Radisson brand have the "Yes I Can" motto as our service standards.
