This trip was to attend a wedding taking place at the Sheraton. Overall the hotels temperature was cold enough that one needed to wear underarmour long underwear underneath shirts to stay warm. The hotel room itself was fine but the room temp could not be well controlled. The only blanket on the bed was a huge comforter that was way to warm to keep on the bed all night so one was rotating between being cold or hot. This did not lend itself to a good nights sleep to say the least. The bathroom was extremely small and could not fit 2 adults no matter what. The water flow from the shower was so bad that we had maintenence come up....... couldn't solve the problem and suggested we shower down in the fitness center. Parking was $15 per night...... for LA that would be cheap, for Kalamazoo, it was highway robbery. The only bright spot was the sports bar inside the hotel. The food was excellent and the bar had 48 taps!!! We ate there multiple times and was never disappointed!!! The staff at the hotel was also very nice. Unfortunately that was not enough to offset the challenges......

Our room was clean and well appointed. All staff was courteous, and attentive. The hotel has 3 restraraunts within it, Budrick's food is very good and not expensive, the Italian and the Steak restraurants are a bit more with dinners about $25. The hotel is located walking distance to restraraunts and pedestrian mall. We will definitely stay here again when in this area.
