    Comfortable room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, complimentary wifi, convenient (complimentary) airport shuttle! We just booked this hotel to have a one night stay after long flight and were pleasantly surprised.

    The staff is inept and confused.....no authority for solving customer service problems. Poor quality breakfast unworthy of even a lower priced facility. Only two people in a room booked for three were eligible for the breakfast. Coffee was unavailable unless requested with a charge of $2.74 (unless disputed). The rate was quoted and then upped at checkout with no one in authority to resolve the issue.
