  • St. Jacobs and St. Agatha Boardrooms
    Comfortably seating up to 12 guests, both of these boardrooms have a large table and ergonomic chairs, as well as en suite washrooms and whiteboards.
  • Heidelberg Room
    Located in the lower lobby area and easily accessible from the hotel's underground parking lot, the Heidelberg Room can accommodate up to 60 people, making it perfect for small- or medium-size meetings, weddings, receptions and social gatherings.
  • Elmira Room
    The Elmira Room is the hotel's largest meeting room and can hold up to 60 people. This space is surrounded by full-size windows and also features two en suite washrooms, a separate food and beverage serving area, and two entrances.
