Comfortably seating up to 12, the St. Jacobs and St. Agatha Boardrooms both have a large, built-in oak table and leather ergonomic chairs, as well as en suite washrooms and white boards.
The Heidelberg Room is located in our lower lobby and is easily accessible from our underground parking lot or anywhere else in the hotel. The Heidelberg Room can seat 18-45 people depending on the set-up and is perfect for small or medium meetings, weddings, receptions and social gatherings.
The Elmira Room is the largest meeting room at our hotel in Kitchener and features two en suite washrooms and a separate food and beverage serving area. This large meeting room is complete with two entrances and is surrounded by full-size windows. The Elmira Room can seat 25-55 people and is perfect for small or medium meetings, weddings, receptions and social gatherings.
