FAQ’s:

Is there a discount for a Friday or Sunday reception?
Yes. If considering a catered reception on a Friday or Sunday, room rental charges would be discounted.

Is there a minimum requirement for holding a Saturday evening catered reception?
Yes. There is a minimum of $5000 for the ballroom. All food and beverage charges plus room rental would apply. Please call for more information.

Does Radisson La Crosse cater to off-site locations?
Yes. Our full-service catering is available in the La Crosse, WI location of your choice!  (Within a 60-mile radius of La Crosse and labor fees may apply.)

Is a deposit required?
A deposit of $1500 ($750 at the time of booking and $750 three months later) will be credited to your final billing. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates or events.

Are there any incentives for having a reception at the Radisson La Crosse?
