    Intially I had an average stay at the hotel. Nothing great but some minor inconvenience with the ongoing remodel. Things turned bad during and after check out. I had asked for breast milk to be stored in the freezer the night I checked in, 4/22/15, and the morning I check out, 4/23/15. When I came to retrieve the milk at check out I was only given 3 of the 5 bags of breast milk I had asked to be frozen. When I asked the front desk clerk if he had put five bags in my cooler he stated no only the 3 I had given him earlier that day. I told him there were two more. He stated he would go check and put the other 2 in my cooler if they were there. When he came back he handed me the cooler and I confirmed with him verbally that he had put the other two bags of breast milk in the cooler. I opened the cooler but because there was ice on top of the breast milk I could not tell how many bags were there. Later that morning when I went to add more breast milk to the cooler I notice that there only 4 bags. I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. He checked and one bag had been left back in the freezer. I told him where I was and he stated he needed to figure out a way to get the milk to me and would call me back once he had a plan. This was around 11:15 am. When I had not heard back by 1 pm I called the hotel back and left a voicemail with the manager as I had a flight to catch at 5 pm. I called back repeatly for the next 2 hours, occassionally leaving VM, but I never again spoke with the manager. Today is 4/27/15 and I have not received one phone call back from the hotel management about the mistake.
