You have to specifically ask for a room with a mini-fridge if you want one. Also, the back of the property (where we stayed) was very quiet. (robinc715)

Close to the airport with a shuttle, be sure to buy the breakfast package as it is a great value. In-room refrigerators available upon request AND they have a partnership with a local gym, just ask about it. (ashg217)

My experience at the Radisson was a nightmare. The rooms smelled of musk and decay, the bathrooms were dirty and the toilets did not flush properly. I was consistently locked out of either the hotel or my actual room and the service was beyond terrible. I only wish that there was another category that was worse than terrible that would more accurately describe my overall experience. Perhaps horrendous would be more accurate? The noises made by the cleaning staff were persistent and rarely ceased. I would find myself needing to drink alcohol just to sleep at night in such a terrible place, and I rarely drink! Overall, I believe that my story is a cautionary tale. There are alternative hotels in the area that are pristine, and while I thought it would be interesting to have this experience, as I reflect on my trip I conclude that it simply was not worth it.

“Poor front desk service”

previously stated My travel agent set up a direct bill account to my company (SpaceX) when I arrived I had to use my peronal credit card just to get into my room I when to Check out to get my my receipt for my presonal credit card, there was no one at the front desk on 2/7/15 from 5:45 AM to 6:10 AM, I helded at the top of my lungs walking up and down the halls in both directions, behind thr front desk and into the kitchen and NO ONE was to be found. As I was going to miss my 7:00 AM flight I had to leave without my receipt. This should raise some serious issues as to overall operations and security if this was my place of business.
