    If you are looking for a place to stay either business or leisure this is the place, good, modern, great clean and friendly people. I stay a week and feel like home, even that was meetings after meeting, what else can you look for??

    This hotel is billing me for 3 rooms which I cancelled before my trip. Coincidentally, this particular Radisson does not send out any confirmation emails for reservations or cancellations, so before I left for my trip, I checked my Club Carlson account and saw only the three rooms which I had not cancelled. Upon arrival, I was informed I had 6 rooms reserved. I have complained to Club Carlson customer support and all they did was send on my complaint to the very hotel I was having a problem with. Of course, I am still being billed. Lesson learned, never trust the information in your account will be honored by the actual hotel. In case I get a response from someone regarding this review, the rooms were under Kelly Murphy-Simon. We also experienced other frustrations, as well. Two out of the three key cards did not work. Two men were sent up fix them and after several minutes said that they could not get them to work. After complaining to the front desk again, these men managed to get them both working. After the card debacle, we ordered room service, as the restaurant was no longer open. I received a call from room service asking how we were going to pay for it. I had to return to the from desk to give them our credit card again to pay for room service. Why could it not just be billed to the card already on file from check-in? Also, while I was checking in, members in my party witnessed two prostitutes being escorted to an elevator and taken upstairs by a hotel employee. Maybe they used a couple of the rooms I paid for. I noticed a review is September in which a traveler from the UK was robbed of thousands of British Pounds. I am inclined to believe this happened given the experience we had.

    Dear guest: We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We understand the inconvenience an unexpected charge can cause. We wanted to let you know that unfortunately we do not have any cancellation from these reservations. If you made the cancellation by the website you should have gotten three different cancellations numbers. On the other hand we apologize you did not receive the correct level of service.
