There was no ability to dial 911 in the event of an emergency. Further, the Internet didn't work for most of the stay, and the staff seemed unable to create working keys to rooms. I was one of the "lucky" ones, who was able to regularly get in and out of my room, and, luckily, the hotel didn't catch fire, killing us all, as this would have been unreportable due to the phone issues. The staff really didn't seem to care about these health safety issues. I would also like to thank you for taking the time to post a review about our property. Feedback from our guests is so very important to the continued improvement of our services. After reviewing your comments I was interested to note the remarks you made On behalf of the entire staff at the Radisson we apologize for any inconvenience during your visit. We did have a mechanical error that knocked out our phones and internet. Upon discovery, we contacted our provider immediately and they were able to eventually bring our internet back up allowing us to check guests in and make keys. Unfortunately replacement of a part was required for the phone system and we did not get the phones back until today. Please know that the hotel is not entirely reliant on the main phone system for outside communication. We have two lines that are separate and were not compromised during the outage and were always available in case our staff needed to contact emergency services. We did the best we could to manage the situation and again apologize for any inconvenience. I have also followed up with our maintenance staff and asked them to check the sleep number bed in the room you recently stayed in to be sure the problem is taken care of.
