    Great hotel with excellent gym and pool facilities. Very helpful staff. Room service is reasonable and location to airport is nearby. Plenty to do in and around the hotel if you like to hike or go for a bike ride.

    Solo travel
    PROS: Shuttle service between hotel and airport, and between hotel and Narita temple and Aeon Mall (no need to make reservations). Friendly and helpful staff - speak English. Small convenience shop in the lobby and several restaurants. Complimentary slippers. CONS: Hotel is a distance from Narita attractions (although free shuttle service is provided). Mold covering hair dryer cord in the bathroom was gross. No complimentary robes. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
