    This hotel is a nice place for a business trip especially if you are bringing the family along and they need amenities that will suit them while you are working. The pool and spa and walking trails kept them busy all day and it is dog friendly too.

    Staff unwelcoming overall and unknowledgeable. Was like pulling teeth to get information. No welcome packet in my room and never arrived when asked for. Rooms adequate, but bathroom beneath my standards. No fridge or microwave either. Not what I expect from Radisson.

    I ordered room service the previous night for breakfast the following morning so that I could eat breakfast and leave for my long journey home. They claim they never got my room service order and the staff refused to acknowledge mistake. And not only did they refused to accept their mistake or attempt to remedy the issue, they also did not even attempt to apologize. I will not be staying there again.
