The indoor pool closes at 9pm The spa services were not available on Sundays or in the afternoons. The room door was not working properly, would get stuck every time we tried to open it. The bed sheets had a strange smell. The only good thing was Shade Bar & Grill. The food was good. The hotel rooms needs some serious renovations. - Thomas CPalm Beach Gardens, United States“Noisy - many bus loads of Tourists - no restrictions”ReviewedAugust 27, 2015Trip type:FamilySpent 9 nights at the hotel, Fully 5 nights were spent with late night converstaions in the hallways, doors slamming, etc, at 2:00 and even 3:00 in the morning. Hotel staff acted as if there was nothing that they could do. One evening at 2:00 a.m., Ineeded to yell out of my door "it's 2:00 am, be quiet". Another night at 3:00 am, I had to knock loudly on the door from inside my room to quiet other quests having a load converstaion in the hallway. Although the desk staff took my calls and said that they would speak with the escorts accompanying the various tours, any remedy was short lived. After the 1st incedent, I was promised that these tour groups would be placed on the 2nd floor in the future - it never happened (I was on the 4th floor). After the 3rd incident, I spoke with the general manager and told him that I didn't intend to pay for the preceding night since I was disturbed numerous times during the night. He removed that night from my bill. After several more incidents, a night desk clerk promised to refund 25%of my bill - that never happened! On my last night, I called te front desk twice, early enough in the evening to ensure quiet beacuse I needed to catch a 6 am flight in the morning. The desk clerk, said he would speak with the escorts. There was quiet for a while and then the noise continued. I called the front desk again, and the clerk acted as if there was nothing he could do. I told him that I had the legal right to call the police if any chaos continued after 11 pm. He stated that he rather I didn't do that. However, after that threat, it was the most peaceful/quiet night during my entire stay at the hotel. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good in the restaurant but the service was lousy.
